UN Peacekeeping Forces Council - Southeast Asia

We are UNPKFC S.E.A, Our Gun is “Love for Peace and Humanity”

What UNPKFC does?

UNPKFC S.E.A helps countries based in Southeast Asia to navigate the difficult path from conflict to peace. We have unique strengths, including legitimacy, burden sharing, and an ability to deploy humanitarians and  from around the continent, integrating them with government and local humanitarians to address a range of mandates set by the General Assembly.

What's our story?

UNPKFC S.E.A was born in the Kingdom of Thailand – the land of Buddha where he conveyed the message of love for peace and love for fellow human beings. It is the history and in records of Thailand that the country was never colonized, never fought or hostile from or to other countries. Therefore, Thailand deserves to be an example in the movement called UN Peacekeeping.

UNPKFC MUN - 2021

UNPKFC S.E.A  focuses on assisting refugees where social distancing is virtually impossible and access to clean water, soap and medical facilities is limited, etc.

Whether it is time to revise the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their various targets in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis.  By its very nature, a pandemic teaches that no one should be left behind and that no one is safe until everyone is safe. What is needed is the development of a universal preparedness for health, in the spirit of the SDGs.
